John Schippers Engraving Book

Does anyone know the status of John's proposed book?  Is he still planning on publishing it and if so when?  From the portion I saw in Oct'06 it would be quite a valuable resource - unique from anything currently on the market.

John is the first person I look up after walking through the door at Nobelsville every year. So far (as of last winter) it is not done. He said he had it about all wrote and is now going back and redoing a lot of the photography. Not what he had was bad but his new stuff is fabulous. He said he then has to get it set up. Not sure the term but all the type and pictures in order. Don't care what it costs when its done it is going to be a great book in my library!
