Runar, I like the way your photos show the rough-and-tumble of gun building. It reassures me to see photos of the roughing out of a stock. So many times photos show a plank bandsawn to shape, and the next thing you see is a stock completed and in-the-white. There's an honest quality to your photo journalism that I really like.

I completely agree, Kermit. These pictures reflects the everyday life in a shop. More days with bread and beans than roast and gravy. Truly inspiring for a mere novice.

Hi Folks!
The steelparts is in my Humidity box( Made some years ago from Bookies Book I bought in 2001) I use Laurel mountain forge barrel brown & degreaser and on stock Ye Original Aquafortis from Trackofthewolf :) And I use Danish oil on stock. See the drill in greashole, 4 holes drilled in a angel to anker the greas in cold weather as Bookie sayd!
