Cal Price, Orange Tx 32 cal percussion rifle.

Hello all. I'm trying to track down info on a rifle i have a chance to buy. It is a 32 cal percussion rifle marked  Cal price , Orange Texas.  It has a half stock make if some of the prettiest birds eye maple i have seen in some time. Good brass furniture,and nice patina on the 31 inch octagonal barrel. I have not found any thing on it using the usual internet searches. The current owner say that it was purchased by his Grandfather sometime in the 1930s. Anything you could tell me would help determine if it is worth the price he is asking. Thanks.

Found a listing for him in a Connecticut gun maker list   Says he made small bore hunting rifles

I have a Cal Price rifle that came from my grandfather's extensive firearm collection. It's beautifully made but unfortunately it got stored in a non-climate controlled warehouse and is pretty rusty. The Cal Price is inlayed in mother of pearl on the side of the buttstock. For a long time I thought it was the "owners" name.
