Lehigh County inspired flintlock rifle build - Update #4

In this installment of the Lehigh County inspired flintlock rifle building project, I’ll inlet the barrel pinning tenons into the gun stock , and then drill the pin holes using a drill press and an R.E. Davis company point to point drilling fixture.

Mike, I have been watching all your videos. Great stuff. I am a newbie builder, currently building my workshop. A jewelery/muzzie man cave. Your 10minute lessons really help. It has been a pleasure.

No expert but pillar files, safe on the sides work great on those tennons, no worries about digging in, end with a number 2 or 3 and better than sandpaper.
