« on: September 08, 2014, 06:09:35 PM »
well I just finished installing my first base plug  . It took about 8 to 9 hours to do with just hand tools files and a small folding saw that was sent in a tool kit to me by one of the builders on here to help with the building of powder horns . I also put a octagon paneling towards the spout this one I am making for my daughter as soon as I get my pad working I will try and post some pics .To all of you who have donated to this endeavor my guys and myself  give a BIG THANKS. working on these horns really help .
Thanks again

I'd like to see a few pictures. I've made a few horns also.  http://thehornersbench.proboards.com/ is an excellent site to join if your into building powder horns.

You would be surprised at how many original horns look like that. Made out of need and materials at hand, well done.
