Hello Lads, Just returned to this form after a long absents.

Thought I would get back into making a few bags and horns, that my ( big A ) hands will allow.

Be good to talk with like minds.

Do what you can for as long as you can. Neuropathy runs in my family, and it's starting with my feet and a bit in my left hand. It'll probably stop me eventually, but I'm just going for it. Good to hear you've got some spunk!

Hello Ernie Boyd.... When I heard you were retiring from the pouch and horn business I was greatly upset as in my travels to the CLA show in Lexington I had yet gotten to meet you. I also make pouches and in looking at your pouches on line, I really liked your style and you were one of the persons who was top on my list of wanting to meet. Everyone I talked with said you were having some health problems and being 69 years old myself I know what you may be going through. Craftsmen like you are hard to come by and I am sure the muzzle loading fraternity is waiting to see more of your work for sale on the CLA site. Hopefully in the near future our paths will cross and I will get to meet you in person. Until then, good luck and may the Lord truly bless you and yours. By the way....Welcome Back

Kind Regards  Frank Barker

Thanks for the comment Frank, I still have my shop and a rack full of leather.
Time to jump back in and get some bags made.... As the hands will allow.

Always good to hear from another bagger. If I can be of any help call or E me any evening.

Ernie
