Latest Build Tennessee Rifle
« on: November 04, 2014, 04:05:40 AM »
Finished this up about three weeks ago. Built around a 44" Rice Swamped 32 caliber barrel, modified small Siler, Davis double set triggers, all iron mounted and treated to look hand forged, and all the rivets and the moon inlay are of copper. The entire rifle weighs in under 6.5 pounds!

I'm about 3 weeks out from finishing up an Early Moravian for a client. Then a Lehigh, a couple more Tennessee's, and I'm doing another Jacob Dubbs for myself since I sold my last one.

Very nicely made rifle.  My impression is that the design of the butt stock lends itself to great offhand work.  Congrats!!
