A name I've not heard for some decades.
Mr. Norris had a barber shop in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, runs in my mind it was Natrona Heights. I had a speaking acquaintanceship with him circa 1968-70. He had quite a collection, including some interesting 20th century breechloaders.
