I was born into a gun making family and have been associated with southern riffles my whole life. in the early seventies a rifle with a Large barrel and a Roller lock was considered top shelf around here.( south WV) I never met either one of theses guys although Roller lives less than two hours west of me. it's too late to say it to Large but not too late to say "Thanks" to Roller. Thanks for an outstanding product. Johnny Walker. Ghent WV
Guys, you are embarrassing me.I do however appreciate the nice comments about my locks
and I'll also tell Bill's daughter,Jeanette what has been said.As far as me being a mountain of knowledge,
maybe a mole hill but nothing more.I did have the good fortune to be in the "right"places at the right times
and am glad for it.
I have tried my best over a long period of time to make a decent item in my locks and triggers and the lack of
broken ones seems to bear that out.
Thanks again for the recognition and there are others as well besides Bill Large and Bob Roller that have kept
our sport/hobby activities alive over the years.
