Golden Age Arms Co.

Does anyone know what happened to Golden Age Arms Co. in Ohio ?  I had a number for them but its says its no longer in service.

Jim closed down Golden Age close to 20 years ago. I see him once or twice a year at a couple of shows but he doesn't have anything to do with firearms and accoutrements any more.
