burning black powder
« on: February 28, 2009, 01:32:01 AM »
Hi, everyone.  I'm new to this forum but not to black powder.  I've been shooting muzzleloaders for nearly 45 years but still have a lot to learn and maybe a little bit to share.  In going over some of the posts I've already picked up a couple of tips.  That's an auspicious beginning.

I'll be a regular visitor to these pages and hope to make some friends.  I shoot flintlocks, mostly, but do spend time with caplocks occasionally.  Long rifles are of particular interest but I'll be getting in to fowlers soon.

Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff.

Welcome Flintr!  Always nice to have another veteran ML shooter amoung us to
share things with.  45 years of experience is a lot of experience.  Share away my
friend, we're all ears! :)
