Finger on the trigger isn't HC either.

Looks like a perfect match.  A long slender gun for a long slender gentleman.

What you don't see is the Revanewers coming down the path at the fence line - got to be ready ;D. Where is his corn cob pipe and jug! ;)

Sure you didn't mean PC?  As in politically correct?

While I agree that the finger shouldn't be on the trigger from a safety standpoint, I don't know that I would say it's always been that way, historically speaking.

They did a lot of things back then that makes some shutter today, like priming the pan before pouring the main charge, etc. ;)

Sorry JDK - just the firearms and hunter safety instructor leaking out of me.  I have been darned near killed twice by guys with fingers on the trigger accidents so I get a little itchy when I see it.

I get Jerry....and a good eye you have to catch it in the photo.

Unfortunately there are still real world situations that often require a finger lightly staged on the trigger.  But that calls for a whole different kind of training, and even then, accidents happen sometimes.  Been there, have the t-shirt.

Of course, an easy afternoon on the front porch isn't one of those situations. ;)

Enjoy, J.D.

It's my sisters husband.......he HAS to keep his finger on the trigger to stay alive.... :o

My sister is meaner than a roll of barb wire wrapped around a wounded wolverine in the middle of a burning barn..... ;D

Very nice gun.  Are there any other pictures of it here?  I'd really like to see a closeup of that nosecap.

Thanks
