New and first Pistol!

Well, Cabelas have their pistols on sale for $50.00 off so I gave them a call and ordered the Pietta .36 cal. 1851 Navy  steel frame pistol ($199.00) on Sunday. I received it today and everything works just fine! Beautiful wood grips! If your in the market for a black powder pistol I would give them a call.

I have a Uberti Navy 1851, very accurate. I shoot 25 grains FFFg with the ball on top and just crisco for sealing the cylinders.

This is likely gboing to get canned as inappropriate for this site, but I have to say, congrats on the acquisition!  I have three Uberti c & b revolvers - 1849 Wells Fargo .31 cal, 1860 Army .44, and a 1847 Walker Colt in .44.  They are a lot of fun to shoot.
