Ohio people?

Since I am new here, I wondered how many of you happen to be in Ohio and build? I know there are a few, but who else? Creeping along on my first build(s).

I am not in Ohio, but in Western Pa.  I will be at Schoenbrunn Village Fair Oct 17 - 18, near New Philadelphia, Ohio.  Stop by and visit.

Lots of Ohio people on here.
There is a Gun Builders Fair next weekend Oct 9th and 10th at the Log Cabin Shop in Lodi Ohio.  Stop by and say hello.  There will be several people working on guns and displaying items that have been built in the classes at Log Cabin.
The show is free, hours are noon to 6 on Friday and 9 to 6 on Saturday.

I went so far as to figure out a route , but I can't. Finances won't allow it.

I'm really close to Defiance! I am thinking they should rename the city "Fort Defiance" just like "Fort Wayne"

I'm in Ohio, about halfway between Columbus and Cleveland, and have a well equipted shop, and available if you need any help. We all started somewhere building rifles, and if it were not for others already in this field, we would not have gone very far...Here is a link to my blog...thanks...Dan

Thanks for the complement :)
Still have and use the nice little Q-maple mallet you gave me back many years ago at Conner Prairie.
I always remember were it came from!
Thanks

Send the stock and barrel to someone who does this kind of work.  It is money well spent!   ;)

I prepared an extra blank for fudge up. Gonna try on that. Saving the nicer piece for a second gun.

I just wanted to say--this put a smile on my face. A very kind and welcoming offer!   It was a similar offer from Gaeckle that got me into this hobby and it's great to see that that spirit is still around!  Kudos.
