Pistol project

Put this together for a fella in PA.  L&R lock, maple wood stained with aqua-fortis, Oregon bbl. co.  40 caliber 10" oct tube, steel trim, pewter nose cap. 2 lb. 4 oz...........Tom

Did you make the breech plug or is that type commercially available?

 www.thegunworks.com has those, but only in 13/16"  Great for lite rifles/pistols.  Machined--not cast. They made the bbl. too...Tom

 You won't find nicer people to do business with. If Suzy says your parts are in the mail, your parts are in the mail. Pretty good barrels made in house, along with some other parts, as well.

maybe the new owner'll let me know about how it shoots...should do VERY well.  two years ago I made one very nearly identical, except flint....it took the any pistol aggregate at Texas state ML shoot....gun works does indeed make a great barrel....Tom
