Boys rifle ID help

A friend who doesn't do internet (or anything modern) ask for help on finding info on a boys rifle he has. It is KY style, has W.W. Phillips 1857 engraved on the barrel and Denny Parker Warranted on the lock. I will try to post pics later.

There was a William H. Phillips who worked in Wood County Ohio but I don't see a "W. W."  Could the middle initial be H ? I have seen other guns with Parker locks but I don't remember the Denny.  I will have to go look and see what I have. Best Regards, Jack
