It's functionally elegant. An excellent example of form following functon.

Don't know the original well but sure looks "right" for the frontier. Details on build components, please!

Thanks Rich! The original is shown in Dennis Glazners book on the Gilespies.
The barrel is a Rice 42" x .45 with round bottom rifling, lock is a modified Chambers Late Ketland, triggers are modified Chambers double set, trigger guard is a modified Bean guard from TOW, stock is a straight grained hard maple, sideplate cut from sheetstock.
