Favorite style rifle

What is your favorite early style rifle? Virginia, Christian Springs, Early Lancaster, ect.

They're sort of like Lay's Potato Chips, you can't stop at just one.

  A very early long rifle. Stepped wrist and lots of German features. At least .60 caliber. Sort of an Americanized Jaeger with a longer barrel. And a pretty piece of maple for the stock. But I'm not picky at all.

Early Lancasters - straight combs, wide flat butts, Germanic styling - in American made guns.

Actually British Sporting Rifles of the mid 1800's are the best, of course.

I don't think I could choose only one but I could get by with two. A long golden age York or Lancaster to hang on the wall and a larger than average cal. English flint rifle for hunting, say a John Manton in a 62 or 66 cal.
