I was talking on the phone last night with Ian Pratt and he told me Jim was boxing up kits this weekend and was planning on making the first shipments today.  I also heard from the same source that Jim has completed building one of the mountain rifles so hopefully there will be pictures soon, like this week.

This morning I arrived at Jim's shop shortly after 09:00 to pick up the two Mountain Rifle Kits that I ordered. Jim informed me that they were the first kits to leave his shop. After examining the kits at his shop and again even more closely after arriving home, I feel that anyone who has ordered this kit will be extremely pleased upon their arrival. Both kits that I ordered are 36 cal. and with Walnut stocks. In my opinion, Jim's efforts in producing these kits will provide you with the finest kits that has been produced by anyone. Lucky for me that I only live about 50 miles from his shop in Ohio and was the first one to take receipt. Again, thank you Jim for all of the long hours and efforts that were put into the development of these Mountain Rifle Kits.  Now it's time for me to go to work on these new projects.

   Any plans for a .45 or .50 Cal. Kit??  I am from Pa. and the Caliber limit for Deer is .44.

Jim:  be sure to send sets to Canada by USPS and Canada Post.  UPS WILL ROB US BLIND - THEY'LL CHANGE 1/3 THE KIT'S VALUE FOR "Handling Fees", and that's after we've paid for the shipping up front.
