The idea for this horn came from page 302 of Art DeCamp's book
Pennsylvania "horns of the Trade" Screw-tip Powder Horns and Their Architecture The maker is listed as unknown. One of the things that caught my eye, other than the two part screw tip is the flare at the neck where the tip fits up to the horn, unique I think but defiantly part of the design as it gives the strap an anchor point.
The outside curve is about 14". The Walnut plug is about 2 1/4", it is hollowed out and held in place by 4 Nails. The two part tip is Horn and is threaded 5/8-11 as is the collar that screws onto the horn.
