I'll just stick to what I actually have owned instead of what I have built.
This is a ca. 1815-ish English 18 bore SXS flint gun by Bilby Hyde & Co. Killed lots of pheasants with it and even more skeets. Unfortunately, I sold it last year.

Then there's always this big dog. 72"  barrel ,11 bore Hudson Valley gun with a dog lock. I still own this one. Although, somebody else can if they want.

Stabilize the buttplate and put the Maple Leaf flag on the muzzle.
That double flint shotgun was a beauty and I hope you got
 well paid for it.

Billy Bones, ( the top pic).62 cal spare parts on a Chambers Littlefeller platform.  The stock is a second, but I could not find anything beyond a scratch wrong with it.



Rasca(the bottom pic) l, .54 cal  spare parts on a Chambers Little Feller Platform.  Weighs about six pounds.


Both were built for trail walks.  Dunno why I got fascinated with Brown Bess Trigger Guards and like bone inlays.  However, they clean faster and foul slower.  Grouped them at fifty, pretty sure they'll go out to 75 well.  I don't hunt because I got victimized when a little kid by Walt Disney's obsession with killing off Mom and Dad in his cartoons...noteably Bambi's Mom.  I'll buy licenses and bop around the woods, and these two are perfect for what I want to do with them.

Built a bag for each one.  Bags and guns probably offend the brains out of the really good makers because they are fantasy guns at best.   Then again, that's why I write fiction

Beautiful guns, capgunkid.  Don't feel too bad about not hunting; lots of kids back then were ruined by Disney cartoons.  Nothing wrong with inanimate targets, either; that's what I've been shooting for the past few years.

Here's some of my latest stuff I just whipped out. English fowling gun. English walnut stock that was a pleasure to work.Got the stock from Dunlap years ago on a lark. It was real ight colored with black streaks. I stained it back a bit with my secret woo woo sauce and lost alot of the streaks but improved the color 100%. This was one of the exceptionally hard english walnut stocks you could cut any way you wanted to and not get in trouble. Alot of scraper finish on this one. Most all the steel mounts , lock and barrel came from Chambers. 40" Long Hammock 20 bore round barrel with a jug choke. Sterling thumbpiece and front sight.. Did some patterning work with it today, it's going to be a turk masher for sure. It will shoot about any load you want to dump in. 8 1/4 lb gun that handles incredibly well, I believe I could easily wing shoot with this gun as well as decap turks......but it ain't my gun.....

Now the Germanic version. 42" colerain straight taper barrel in 20 cylinder bore. Good ol' Iowa walnut stock. Unimpressive L&R lock that needs to go back to L&R to make it actually spark. Reeves Goehring t-guard and B-plate which I believe both came from a big German target rifle. Threw a little carving on here and there to keep it interesting. It has a 14 3/4" pull which the giant BP kind of disguises. If this was a 1/2 stock with straight rifling it would have been called a boar gun. Trigger guard and BP are mainly cleaned up with scrapers, followed by abrasives. No stain on this one. The color is as is where is.
