Will use a simple Birch wood for stock, with worms and so on :-XAnd I will use Jim Chambers very nice Virginia Fowler flint lock :)

So the ramrod growe and hole done. I use a 10mm drill to adjust the deep in the growe work grait see photo ;)

Just an ordinary HSS drill bit or do you reshape the tip for using it as a router?

The breach plug tang is seperat and I will stick weld  it to Breachplug.

Hei All! Steve, just use the drill as is, but lay it flat as posible and try remember it eat wood like $#*! ;)See photo!
Have stick weld the tang to a standard breachplug :)

Butplate came in box from Track, in 2 peases but wat a heck I just stick weld it back easy ;)Maby it broke in a storm in The North Sea when sayling the last trip with vikinskip haha ;D
