Ohio Class for April
« on: April 06, 2009, 07:18:59 PM »
Our flintlock gunsmithing class at the Log Cabin Shop in Lodi will be on the 18th this month. This month there will be no mid day seminar or demonstration, the 5th Ohio Volunteer Infantry will be camped there for the weekend and there will be a large group of boy scouts there on Saturday. As always, anybody is welcome to stop in and visit the class, if you have a project you are working on and would like to share or need some advice bring it along.
For part of the day Rick Kindig will be giving a talk to the scouts in the museum room on the settlement of Ohio. If this is in progress please come around to the side door to the classroom so as not to disturb them, we'll leave the door hang open if the weather is nice, otherwise knock.

I thought it was timely to dredge this up again. Look for an announcement real soon on the 3 day relief carving class, other things in the works too...
