What would these sideplates be?

Am I correct in saying that these would both be English from the 1750-1770 ish period thanks?

That's exactly what I was thinking.  They both fit the Chamber's round face lock I'm planning on using.  I might have to find some extra long lock bolts to get the lock on that big barrel.

I was going through my Great British Gunmaker's book yesterday and found this picture of a Babar pistol. It looks like the exact one, but probaby scaled up.
