Does anybody have experience with the larger banana shaped fowler lock that Peter Allen makes? It is sold by Muzzleloader Builders supply. I have never seen mention of this lock that I can find. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
Greg

I am with Keb. I built a fowler with one and it was great. Customer has never had any problems with it that I am aware of.

I have a Pete Allen Early Germanic flintlock that I got from Tip Curtis. It is an excellent lock. Easy on flints and a throws a shower of sparks.
