My Jaro's inleting black is full of fine dust and drying out. Is there any thing that will revive it to the right paste?

Not sure what to use to revive it. Personally, I like it on the dry side, doesn't get all over everything and still works.

Mine never gets to dry out, if I leave the lid off the mice in the shop are drawn to it (
) and leave their little black tracks all over the bench. If I keep the lid on I'm OK but the beeswax candle nubs for the jewlers saw get smaller.

I don't think mine would normally dry out that much but the little jar got filled up with fine saw dust and I didn't notice it until I had mixed it up when starting to inlet a butt plate. I will get a new jar but I wanted to keep on working until I get the new one.

A drop or two of oil, some WD-40...that will revive it
