FCI barrels
« on: April 05, 2017, 05:57:55 AM »
I just wanted to give a note of praise for work well done to FCI barrels. The breach plug fit and the overall finish on the .62 oct/round barrel I just received are spectacular.

Good to hear :) I snagged the lil .30 cal he had in stock.  I've heard nothing but good about his work.

Charles has built several pistol barrels for me. Excellent work and a real nice fellow.

Would someone knowledgable in FCI, please explain who they are and give any contact persons and address if possible. Always looking for a new barrel source and possibly of good quality and more affordable than some of the current companies we hear about all the time. Seems with a little notoriety, comes multiple price increases! Thanks.

That's the name of the company.   Not sure direct links are allowed here...But a quick web search brings up their site.

Charles Burton  FCI barrels   Morehead, Ky.   Rebored a .36 cal.smoothbore and rifled it to .38 for me and did a great job along with installation of the breachplug.

I have 4 of Charles barrels an love them all. If an when I ever build or have another gun built rest assured it will wear a FCI Charlie Burton barrel
