Help with Krider Indian rifle specs and parts

I've promised my hunting partner I'd build a rifle for him.  After looking thru Hanson's Trade Rifle Sketchbook he's smitten with the idea of a Krider Indian trade rifle.  I'd like this to be an historically correct build, but at this point I haven't seen a photograph of one and I don't even know what kind of lock was most likely used.  Other than Hanson's book I can't seem to find much on this rifle.  Any sources or even educated speculation would be appreciated.  Thank you.

The book Rifles of the American Indians by Ryan Gale and available at Track of the Wolf has color photos and dimensions listed. Getting a copy of the book would provide you with good information on the Krider as well as other similar rifles.

There might be one pictured in Jim Gordon's three volume set on arms of the early west.
