All seriousness aside, I have a .40 "B" wgt swamped barrel. It shoots like a laser at 25 and 50 yards with 30 grains or 40 grains of 3F. Put in 60grns and it shoots fine enough at 100 yards to make
even me look good; and that's really saying something.
