I found him on some site I had to to get translated from Russian. I'm barely versed in English lol, I guess I should have noted a lack of funky letters on his Facebook. The thread I found him in had some other locks said to be made in Russia, by small village Smith's, they were quite crude looking but they talked about them like they were fine and serviceable, it was interesting to say the least.
