Question About A Trigger Guard
«
on:

Hi all, I was wondering if the trigger guard that was used on this rifle example is available for purchase anywhere?
I have catalogs for TOTW, Log Cabin Shop, And MBS but it is not listed in any.
Any help finding one of these would be much appreciated! Joel

Yep, TOW as above. I got two a few months ago. I had to cut one apart to repair a guard on an original Jaeger.

Thank you both, Nate and Ron!
I must have missed it in their catalog.

Joel;
I actually saw an original rifle with this guard on it. The big surprise was it was a swivel breech, and the front of the guard had been cut and hinged to work as the barrel release. Other than that change it was identical.

Hungry Horse, was the swivel breech rifle you saw an American built piece or European?
