G. Ruxton rifle

I have just obtained a flintlock rifle with the name G. Ruxton on the top flat. Rifle is 54 cal full stocked curly maple wood L & R lock, and double set triggers.  I'm trying to identify the maker if anyone knows G. Ruxton, should be a rifle maker from the 1960 to 1985 era.  I'll have more names as I go through several longrifles that I purchased but lets start with Ruxton.  Thanks George   Just added photos http://picasaweb.google.com/steg86/GRuxton

Thanks to all who have looked at this, I've been busy with the Calif state muzzle loading championships, ended today, I'll post another rifle that I need help with later this week.  steg49

Sure is something to find someone searching for a rifle that I built. I joined about 6 months ago. I never thought about searching for myself in this forum, until today. The pic link is dead. Do you have pics that you can post?

Gary, nice to hear from you, I have sent a PM to you, the picasaweb site has been reopened for those that want to look at the rifle but only photos 2, 3 and 5 are of the Ruxton.  George
