Pick up a longrifle made by C.L.Watts, anyone know of him? Its flintlock,
now that its posted I really have no idea what that first letter is.

INRI is an acronym of Latin IESVS·NAZARENVS·REX·IVDÆORVM, which translates to "Jesus Nazarene, King of the Jews."
I can't help you on the Watts name.

Yes it is tony watts of Mo. i contacted him about the rifle he said he made it for earl aurnaud branson mo. in the late 70s. thanks for you help

Looks like one person did most of the engraving then another signed the barrel.
