Have a soft spot, fortunately under where the patchbox will go, in the CM 1 pre-rev kentucky stock I got from Pecatonica.
This is a very versatile, partially inletted stock delivered promptly and well worth the money.
Down by the butt plate there is a fuzz spot that won't show well on camera and won't go away. Whiskering is next after I inlet for the wood lid, but I'd still like to know what you guys do when you encounter this. I went through 320 grit and it is still there, albeit un-gouged or shallowed. The rest of the wood is attractive and figured.
Thanks
