Hello lexington1, only three of them have a maker mark the first is made by Christoph Joseph Frey Munich , the second one Seiler . A Landav the penultimate one is made by Christoph Hamans in Onoldsbach
( today called Ansbach )the barrel length from 40,5- 31 -29 and the short 23,5 cal. from 63 - 59 - 57 and the long one has a straight rifled barrel in 63 I hope that helps a little bit.

Thanks Monty. I have several German guns and I think they are really neat. Trying to sort out the various makers and regions has opened up a whole new area of interest to me.

Can you imagine the amount of work involved in those forged iron mounts? Forge, file, engrave, chisel in high relief then polish. It would take me a life time just to get one gun done. I guess that's why they had a whole crew of specialists to build those things.

They're all Beautiful examples, and thanks for showing them to us, Monty!

I too have a fascination for the Brandenburg guns;
Somewhat archaic compared to other areas, but beautifully put together!

I like the trigger-guard finials on these very much, & the way the screws fit so perfectly. Makes me want to try and make one, but I couldn't do them justice!

Beautiful - love the way the muzzles (lands and grooves) are filed into a flare.

That is all I could think about when I saw the iron mounts.... there is so much work there. I just clicked on this for some potential eye candy, and my goodness... just extremely handsome pieces. Thank you for taking a moment to post pictures of your Jaegers Monty.

I already replied about how beautiful these rifles are, but I can't get that Brandenburg gun out of my mind.
As we used to say back home, it just Stinks of quality!

T guard finials and sideplate are works of art . It's All a work of art. Restrained, maybe under-stated and altogether lovely!!!!
