The discussion on routers for barrel channels reminded me of my hand router plane. Need to make some cutters for it. Instead of depending totally upon my own ingenuity and experimentation I was wondering if any had examples of cutters. A 5/16 or 3/8 ind square fits into the holder perfectly but is pointed the wrong way. Wondering if removable cutters could be made to screw into one shaft? Also are there guides for one like a power router?
