« on: February 22, 2018, 03:09:36 AM »
;) ;) ;) ... interesting little folder my father brought home from Italy in 1945 ... appears home-made ... 7 1/2 " open, 3 1/2" blade ... cow horn handles ..no liners ...just spring-steel back spring ... snaps open & closed great ...great steel,  holds good edge, has a needle point ...must have been made as a "sticker" ... file work on back of blade ... might be "maker's mark"..??  thought yous might like to see ... Dana that's a great knife thanks for posting. Them things must have been made for three hundred years.

That is a beauty, I have been a fan of "Italian" knives for 60+ years.

It is amazing to see the working knives that come from  knife cultures. Looks like a comfotable handling knife.
