 wheres a good place to buy quality 1/2"ram rods? i need 3 for a 48"long fowler.

Buy some straight grained hickory and Tom "Acer" Curran's ramrod scraper, and you'll never buy another ramrod again.  That way you can make them any size you need.  And if they're a little crooked, they'll stay in the channel better!  ;D ;D

Larry Zorne of Mold & Gun Shop. I watched him bend one almost in half. He said he wouldn’t sell them without his “quality check” to make sure they didn’t break after he sent it to you

All of my muzzleloaders will shoot into one ragged hole ALL DAY LONG ... it's just the 2nd or 3rd & other shots that tend to open up my groups ... !
