This one, by Smith Enterprises in Arizona - available from them or Brownells.
There are ball-detents between each 100yard line, so sight settings are easily recorded.

The 2 in my last post are both Smith Enterprises sights.
The BLACK one I posted on page one, is:

- available from track, maybe.
I do not like ladder sights without the ball detents - THEY make such a sight usable and record-able for long range shooting.
