Black powder enthusiasts in Colorado
« on: April 24, 2018, 12:16:20 AM »
Hello all,
I live close to Denver, CO and was wondering if anybody on the forum knew of any individuals or clubs who specialize in rifle building or black powder shooting in Colorado. Just looking for some local guidance on my new hobby. I know Mr. Jack Brooks is based close to me and I thought about pitching this question to him, but I know he's busy and didn't want to ask him for personal advice because I've never met or spoken to him before. Hopefully I'll have the funds to take a class or commission a project from great builders like him in the future, but for now any guidance on shooters/builders in Colorado would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, everyone.

Just north of Denver is the Fort Lupton muzzle loader club. Shoots two or three times a month and some of them are builders. They have web site that lists many of their events.

A clear conscience is usually the sign of a bad memory.
