New hemp pouch

Thought I’d try a hemp pouch this time. While the twins are drying after step 9,I finished this guy up.

Gonna take it out tomorrow with my .40 smoothrifle and see how she performs. Can’t try the game hangers,season didn’t open for a couple of more weeks,so maybe a Turkey leg.

What do y’all think?

I really like the way that one turned out.  A couple weeks won’t hurt...it’s too dad-burned hot to squirrel hunt (at least in eastern Kentucky... :o)

This one really worked well! I like a deeper pouch because I have a tendency to pick up supplies from the woods. A nice wasp nest,some tender fungus and a few nice,sweet apples. Pears are a bit hard yet.

I’ll be making more of these for sale soon. Small game opens in 2 weeks,so I’ll be busy troppin’ the woods,maybe a Squirrel dinner with poached fruit from the field will inspire me to work in the evenings!  Oh,and I came across a HUGE honey tree!  Hmmmmm.....
