I'm still unable to see the photos but I was able to look at them on my phone...although that is very awkward and I may have missed something.
My guess is made in the low countries (i.e. mostly Belgium today) for the Levant trade. Stylistically it is late 17th/early 18th century but where the Levant trade is concerned that has no relevance. What were obsolete styles in Europe continued on as popular in the East well into the 19th century. The complete lack of a ramrod is a major tip off. Virtually all European guns have one...while almost none intended for the eastern trade carry them. They carried the ramrod on their belt or in a sash around the waist.
