Contact for Rice barrels

I have been trying for almost two weeks to get in touch with Rice barrels via the phone number on their web page and have not had any luck.  I get a "sorry we missed your call" message with what seems to be no voice mail or message leave.

Does anyone have a "better" number or solid email for them.
