Applied Tip Horn
« on: December 22, 2018, 07:22:02 AM »
A friend wanted a powder horn for his son in law.  This is what I came up with.

It is 14" on the curve, not counting the tip or the base plug.

It was kind of fun to make, it has been many moons since I made one like that.  I liked it.  Got me out of the comfort level of making the same horns all the time.

Point of interest is that the finial started life as a horn tip.  Probably not from that horn, just one from the tip box.

Merry Christmas to all.

John
