They are pretty neat, aren't they, you could sew them to the strap of just hook them over a button on your coat. I made up a Jig to make them on but have only used Copper so far, the design is variable. These will get a final tweaking before they go out. I don't think I have any thin Iron stock around but will cut some tomorrow and see what comes out.
If I remember right the design came from Bob Hill, correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks Tim.  I would be looking for the one on the bottom.... a two prong, so to speak.  Does the copper seem to "hold up" with use ?

Could you PM me a price ?  I need at least three.

That hanger design did come from the super talented Bob Hill.
Bob made one for me, and I added it to the bag donated to last year’s CLA auction.
I call this accoutrement hanger design the “octopus” for its shape.
On making these, the copper work hardens according to Bob. It is plenty strong for a brush, pick and measure.
I think this is a super design.
Best wishes, and God Bless, Marc

Try a thin clothes hanger, Tim. I’ve used that and brass for these, as well as copper. I just always liked the contrast copper gave.

I thought about a coat hanger but thought it my be to wimpy. The work hardened Copper is pretty stiff and stays in shape and is easy to work. May try the coat hanger route but I'm gonna make up some Copper ones and send them to him and Marc.

They look good, Tim.  I’ve used the thinner hangers with good luck. I use to forge picks from them a lots of times, if I didn’t use copper for them. I like to do things like this as a break from more demanding work.
