Question for Bob Roller
« on: March 05, 2019, 01:46:18 AM »
 Mr. Roller,
In the For Sale post offering set triggers, you mentioned that you do not use music wire. My question is whether you find this material historically inappropriate or if it doesn't satisfy for some mechanical reason?

Mr. Roller,

I find it historically inappropriate in addition to the poor workmanship seen in the production triggers.
I think a lot of this is due to mediocre tooling and worn moulds.Poor fitting of the pins is another thing.
My own front trigger control spring is borrowed from a target rifle. It is a bit more work but it works
well and will still work if one side breaks or cracks. Thanks for the question.
