Tutorial on Pistol Case making
« on: June 22, 2009, 05:31:58 AM »
Hi Folks,
I posted the first part of a 4-part tutorial on making an 18th century pistol case.  It is in the tutorial section.  I will post parts 2 and 3 withing the next few days.  I hope some of you find it useful and informative.  I hope Jerry Huddleston and others weigh in if they have more information to add or if I did not get it quite right.

take care,

dave

Hi Folks,
Part 2: Installing Hardware is posted in the tutorial section.  I'll post part 3 within a few days and part 4 sometime in the next week or so.  I hope these are of value to some of you.

Dave , thank you so much for taking the time to put together the case excellent making tutorial!
It really helped a lot in my case building project.
I notice that you cannot reply in the original tutorial thread and was wondering where I could reply with a few pictures of my European style case.
Thanks!
Reg
