Good job Denny. Your use of cut ins and cut aways  kept the sequences flowing. Good mix of long shots . mid shots and close ups.
At the beginning of the shooting scenes, I thought you were going to get carried away panning. You restrained yourself and the panning was more effective in later scenes with medium shots. Didn't catch any continuity errors, but I only watched it once. Good job on the filming kept it interesting and I got cold just viewing it.

Pretty cool. I felt I was there with you.

You only have the toe of the butt touching your shoulder. Isn't that painful?

Those were great videos, Denny. Tks.
I really liked the slow motion shots - well done. I don't think I saw any slow-mo on the cap locks?

We normally shoot the 2nd Saturday of each month, but our "big fling" is the 3rd weekend in May, the 2nd Saturday being a work party in preparation for the Merical Mtn Rendezvous at Marion, Mt.  Check out the club website and it will have all the info; flatheadvalleymuzzleloaders.com

Awesome job, Den!!  ;D

I’m a “young buck” (28) too and my heart soars to see another “youngster” out enjoying the flintlocks and other muzzle loading guns!! Been sub’d to your channel for some time and was itching for a new vid. Thanks man!!

RVAH-7, thanks for the info and I will check out the webpage.

If you are from out of the area, you may want to take in the Wild Horse Rendezvous the following weekend, near Alberton, Mt. Big cannon shoot, along with other fun.

I love videos of muzzleloaders firing, and those two were among the best.  Just an observation, here; but I noticed only one young lady firing  ???.

Also noticed mainly "seniors" out there; but then I've been one of those myself for a long time.  And, come on, we're all just kids anyway.  There were, if I'm not mistaken which, AHEM! I never am, some astute "pounding on the ball" with the loading rods.  Now, I have enough trouble sweet-talking those little lead balls into going somewhere in the rough vicinity of my target.  Just can't afford to make one mad at me.  What I'm saying is that I've even shot at the ground before - the Earth, ya' know - and missed.
