Is this a Rice barrel?

Hey folks. I've got this .32 swamped barrel with these markings. Is it a Rice barrel? Thanks.

Yes, and I believe the other marks indicate it is a 38" Transitional (Early American) "A" weight barrel and the rifling is round bottom with 1:48 twist.
