CLA Auction Set - Crosby/Hamel

The folks at CLA encouraged us to share these photos of our set that will be in the CLA auction in Lexington in August.  David Wright did these nice professional photos of Tim's horn and accoutrements, and my bag. 

The set is intended to replicate a pre-Revolution set, and is inspired by a mid-1700s steel engraving. 

Tim made the beautiful lobed horn, and I really like the shaping of the horn and tip, and well as the color.  The pick, brush and measure are all crafted out of horn, and are typically finely done. 

It is humbling to get to work with someone of Tim's talent, and I hope this set adds to the CLA coffers in the Fall.

 Thanks for posting the Pix Marc, to me the bag really makes the horn stand out. By themselves they look nice but they really work together as a set.
